Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [operator's legal name] (“we”), which operates Gamteh. By creating an account or using Gamteh you accept them. If you use Gamteh for a business, you confirm you may accept them for that business.

The service

Gamteh helps you plan, write and publish social media content and look after your customers, using AI. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including actions by team members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

You stay in control

• Gamteh publishes to your accounts only what you approved or scheduled, or what you allowed it to do automatically in Settings. You can pause everything at any time with the emergency stop.
• AI can make mistakes. Check content before you approve it; you are responsible for what is published from your accounts.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to provide Gamteh to you. You confirm you have the rights to the photos, videos, music and text you upload or publish.

Connected platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, you also follow their terms. By using Gamteh's YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms can change or limit their services; we are not responsible for their decisions (for example a post a platform removes or an account it restricts).

Acceptable use

Don't use Gamteh to:

• publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam or messages people didn't agree to receive;
• break the rules of the platforms you connect, or try to break or misuse Gamteh itself.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

Gamteh is free during the beta. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will show the price and ask you to agree.

Ending

You can stop using Gamteh and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service with notice, or immediately for serious misuse. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Liability

Gamteh is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
