Draft: some details in [brackets] are still being completed.
Gamteh is an AI assistant that helps small businesses create and publish social media content and look after their customers. This policy explains what information Gamteh collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Gamteh is operated by [operator's legal name] (“we”). Questions: [contact email].
Information we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and the workspace and team members you invite.
- Your business: what you tell Gamteh during setup and in the knowledge base (services, prices, opening hours, tone of voice), your marketing plan, and text from your website if you ask Gamteh to read it.
- Your content: posts, captions, photos and videos you write, upload or approve, and when and where they are published.
- Connected accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, we receive an access token and basic profile information (page or channel name, account ID, profile picture) and the permissions you granted. We never see or store your passwords for those services.
- Activity records: a log of actions taken in your workspace (for example “post published”), so you can see what Gamteh did and why.
- Cookies: one sign-in session cookie that keeps you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To provide the service: write content in your voice, publish it to the accounts you connected when you approve or schedule it, and show you results.
- To keep the service safe: approvals, an emergency stop, limits on automatic actions, and activity records.
- To contact you about your account and important changes.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use your content or your customers' data to train AI models.
Data from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Gamteh uses data from these platforms only to do what you asked: list the pages, profiles and channels you chose, publish the posts and videos you approved, and check that they went live. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and only decrypted at the moment of publishing.
Gamteh's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gamteh uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Gamteh's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Who we share it with
- The platforms you connect, to publish your approved content there.
- Anthropic (Claude), which processes your business information and drafts to write content. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the service's data on our behalf.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you disconnect an account, Gamteh deletes the access token it stored immediately. When you delete your account, we delete your business data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or export your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [contact email].
- Disconnect any account on the Connections page. See also how to delete your data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights (for example under the GDPR) and can complain to your data-protection authority.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, tokens are encrypted at rest, every workspace's data is kept separate, and team roles limit who can see and change what. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Children
Gamteh is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and tell you by email about important changes.
